We Started Law Q Because We Discovered a Better Way to Provide Legal Recruiting and Employment Services

You can expect quality when you work with Law Q. We are a legal recruiting and legal employment boutique located in Denver, Colorado. We specialize in assisting our law firm and company clients recruit the finest legal professionals and our attorney, paralegal, and legal secretary candidates find the best legal employment opportunities. We work with a discrete number of clients and candidates to ensure that we can provide service that is both responsive and thorough. We take our job very seriously because we know that quality employees are the building blocks to our clients’ future success.

We are a Colorado company led by Colorado natives and we focus on serving the local legal community. We have the capability, motivation, and community contacts to find the highest quality candidates working in the Colorado legal community and assess their abilities for our clients’ available law jobs. Our candidates are fully screened, interviewed, and tested before they are ever seen by our clients. We also offer to conduct a comprehensive background check on our candidates before they are hired. Our legal recruiting expertise includes group attorney placements. With group placements, we assist larger firms in acquiring an outside practice group or boutique firm or, alternatively, assist a practice group or boutique firm in joining a larger firm. Unlike ordinary legal staffing or search firms, we will never simply pull resumes from online databases and send them indiscriminately to law firms and companies.

Our recruiters are current and former legal professionals. Law Q's founder, David Fennell, is an attorney with seven years experience in commercial transactions and litigation for both Colorado law firms and the federal government. Our goal is to find the perfect fit between our distinctive clients and our unique candidates. We understand that our clients are looking to hire the best employees and that our candidates are looking for the best legal jobs.
